There are a lot of words that come into mind on how I will start sharing about us—our blog, our vision, our dreams, and of course, our style. Maybe I could start by telling you more about…

Who We Are. 

We’re Xavier and Xerex Cruz and yup! We’re the brothers behind—The Style Brothers!

  

My brother and I both share the same interest in fashion, from time to time we help each other about what looks better or not and more often the time I have a certain style that I adapted from him and sometimes it’s the other way around. So as brothers we like helping out each other on how we could present ourselves better through our style, and that leads us to explaining what this blog will be about and what our vision is.

I saw this photo posted in the Youth Ministry office in our Church, about a quote said by Pope Francis, and it really had an impact on me. My thoughts exactly during that time is- “I don’t want to be that person who will tell himself one day why he never dreamed big. I want to be that man who will one day say with all pride and confidence that I was once a young boy who had big dreams”. Dreams with a purpose and talents that I know I used, nourished and shared to others. 

 I actually started a blog before on my own, but I didn’t see any purpose about why am I doing it aside from posting my outfits from time to time, until one day I realized that what my brother and I is doing (helping each other out) keeps us bonded and at the same time I saw that it’s something part of our brotherhood. Now, we want that brotherhood to expand! We want our audience to be our brothers in style—to be a Style Brother. Through our blog, we want to share our opinions, tips, and suggestions on how to present ourselves by dressing up better and having a good sense of style. Our blog will not be limited on our outfits-of-the-day or OOTD, because we’re beyond excited to share with you as well our adventures, our personal experiences, beliefs, and ideas. With high hopes that maybe someday we can influence our readers because of our style! And even more excited to know the different people, experiences, and opportunities that we will meet along the way.
